Crushing Our November Workouts & The CollabFitness 100 Push-ups Club

What an incredible week of workouts!

We started off with BODYSHRED, a high intensity, endurance-based training on Monday.

Tuesday, we gained mobility, flexibility and strength as well as cardio gains with a customized class for each participant.

Wednesday we did POP Pilates, a total body, equipment-free workout that sculpts a rock solid core and a lean body like nothing else can (and it was SO FUN).

And today was a special surprise…. In addition to our speed, agility, core & yoga-inspired training, the team did 100 push-ups & have now been inducted into The CollabFitness 100 push-ups club!

I also challenged our team to workout at least 3 out of the 4 mornings per week for the month of November. So far, so good! We take off the week of Thanksgiving, so there are just 2 more weeks to meet the challenge!

So many great things happening, Strength, Conditioning, Mobility, Flexibility…. and really, we just feel GREAT. Why not join us next week? Maybe YOU’LL be the next CollabFitness 100 Push-ups Challenge inductee!
