New Class Days Added & New Unlimited Class Pass

**Monthly Unlimited Total Body Conditioning Classes, 3-4x/wk**

**Monday’s are once or twice per month. Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday every week unless holiday closures. Time for all classes is 6 AM at Redmond Ridge Community Center.**

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays – Total Body Conditioning (45 min) Including bootcamps, circuits, strength/cardio/HIIT

Wednesdays – Non-impact Total Body Conditioning (50 min); Including non-impact bootcamps, circuits pilates, core & flexibility training

10-Class Packs, & 1, 3, & 6 Month Unlimited

Your paid month begins with your first visit. Additionally, an unlimited month means 4 in-session weeks (not the weeks we don’t have class for the holidays!).

Download MindBody to pay and sign up for classes. Sign ups are not required but do allow us to customize your experience (when we know you’re coming, our class designs become more customized to YOU!). Sign ups may be a requirement in the future if class sizes increase or there are no-show days.
