What is CollabFitness Total Body Conditioning?
CollabFitness total body conditioning is a wholistic approach to an intense fitness program where you’ll experience a variety of challenging moves that will strengthen and tone your entire body. Safe, effective and motivating LIVE small group trainings include: athletic-style circuit training, Pilates, yoga-inspired movement, and core work for functional, sustainable conditioning.
What is Small Group Training?
The small group training environment delivers the most effective gains for participants as it incorporates individualized workouts along with a great group dynamic of energy, accountability and team training. And it’s cost-effective!
Why Should I Show Up?
We’re a fun, early-morning, small group, and we’re in the neighborhood for a reason. Can’t find time after work for a workout? 6 am it is! Unmotivated by going to the gym alone, but want more individualized attention? Small group training we offer! Don’t want to commute to/from the gym before you commute to/from work? If you live in Redmond Ridge, then your “commute” might be 2-5 minutes! Bored with your workout? Come experience the fun and camaraderie of CollabFitness! Women, Men, new to fitness, or an experience exerciser, we are open to anyone wanting permanent fitness success!
