THE WHAT & WHEN!

**Monthly Unlimited Total Body Conditioning Classes, 4x/wk**

**Monday – Thursday, 6 am, Redmond Ridge Community Center**

Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays – Total Body Conditioning (45 min) Including bootcamps, circuits, strength/cardio/HIIT

Wednesdays – Non-impact Total Body Conditioning (50 min); Including non-impact bootcamps, circuits pilates, core & flexibility training

Simple pricing – Go month to month* or sign up for the entire 6 months of training. No sign up fees, no memberships. Period!

Download MindBody to pay and sign up for classes. Sign ups are not required but do allow us to customize your experience (when we know you’re coming, our class designs become more customized to YOU!). Sign ups may be a requirement in the future if class sizes increase.
