Our Policies

At CollabFitness we’re all about working with YOU to make you fall in love with fitness for a lifetime. We enjoy helping our clients find their fitness happy place along side others. We love to offer safe, effective and FUN classes. Below are ways we can work together to make this a positive experience for everyone. We appreciate your respect and your support in our policies. ALL LEVELS OF FITNESS WELCOME! Just a desire to achieve your fitness goals and workout with great people is all that is needed.

Sign-In
Please sign-in with the instructor 5 minutes before class.
All participants must have signed/agreed to our waiver/release form prior to participation.
ALL clients need to be checked in before working out with CollabFitness.
If you are new, please arrive 10 minutes early to take care of all formalities (waiver, payment, etc).
We supply minimal equipment for our classes, but do not supply personal mats. Please bring your personal mat to each class. You will be instructed on whether to set up your mat or not at the beginning of class.
Please move all personal items to the back of class and away from the floor (tables, countertop space is provided.) We want to create a safe environment.

Be Respectful

Turn off all cell phones and pagers (silent is fine); avoid texting and taking phone calls (we understand if from time to time, if you’re “on call” in these cases, please take the calls and texts outside of the workout room).
Always bring personal mat, towel, water & wear athletic clothing
If you have arrived early and are talking to your fellow practitioners, please do so in a low volume so that others can begin their practice peacefully
The room is only available 5 minutes before and after each class.
Please be on time. If for any reason you are going to be delayed beyond 10 minutes, we request that you do not come to class that day as you would be jumping straight into the practice without a proper warm up, and it would also disturb the flow of the class.
If instructed to set up your mat, move your mat around to make space in a crowded class. Please maintain lines as it helps us utilize the available space well and allows for safety.
Move yourself around every few classes so that everyone gets to be upfront
If you are new, need to make a payment, or if there is something you need to talk to the teacher about, please arrive early to do so.
If you need the instructor’s attention beyond class time and it is something that will take more than 5 minutes, consider booking the instructor’s time for a private session. We are also available via email: info@collabfitness.com to answer questions that require a longer response.

Cleanliness, Dress Code, Personal & CollabFitness Equipment
Please observe basic hygiene when attending class
Dress code includes athletic shoes, track pants, yoga pants, shorts, leggings, tops and tshirts. Jeans, cargo pants, and skirts are not considered appropriate gear and may cause injury.
Men are required to keep their T-shirt on at all times
If you tend sweat heavily, please carry your own personal towel for wiping up
Bring your own personal mat to EACH CLASS
If you have time, please help wipe all CollabFitness equipment used after your practice, even if you did not soil them. This is not mandatory as we understand schedules are tight!
If you are sick, stay home. We may be forced to ask you to leave in order to protect the health of everyone.

Late-coming

Late coming takes away from the training time and efficiency of class. Please be considerate and arrive on time.
We encourage all participants to arrive 5 minutes prior to the start of class. This will give you enough time to set up, check in, and allow for a better workout.
All our classes start and end on time
If you do arrive later than 10 minutes after class has begun, we request you attend class at another time.
Please be respective of the teacher and the participants around you.

Refund Policy
We keep a strict no-refunds policy, and no-transferring of class credits (to anyone else) policy. We do offer credits upon request to accounts for future classes if there are personal considerations, but CANNOT GUARANTEE THIS. Please email info@collabfitness.com if you would like to request a credit to your account if unable to attend the month you purchased. Please take note of the expiration date on each purchase and plan accordingly. Please see class schedule to note dates where we do not hold classes due to holidays.
Memberships cannot be extended, put on hold or transferred for any reason.
In case of unexpected travel, issues at home, transport or other scenarios that are beyond our control, please understand that we cannot alter purchase validity. Thank you for respecting these policies to help serve you better.
Special workshops, intensives and retreats have different policies and will be supplied upon sign up. Please check all refund/cancellation policies before signing up.
From time to time, discounts and specials will be offered. Discounts or specials may only be redeemed at time of purchase and may not be retroactively discounted. Only one discount may be applied at a time. Please note the dates of the specials as we cannot extend specials after the date of expiration.
CollabFitness does not guarantee schedules and reserves the right to change, cancel, or alter class schedules, workshops, or retreats. We do our best to immediately inform students of any changes. Please check the online schedule for class cancellations or studio closures.
CollabFitness accepts cash and all major credit cards. Checks are not accepted.

Lost Items
CollabFitness is not responsible for any personal belongings that may be lost, stolen or misplaced during, before and after class hours. Please contact the Redmond Ridge Community Center office for questions about lost and founds items.
