Michelle started CollabFitness in 2015, an online and live-event fitness hub, out of a desire to make friends with other people who enjoy sustainable fitness and well-being. She delivers safe, effective and fun fitness experiences while still providing individual focus on effective training. Michelle is a certified Les Mills GRIT, Les Mills SPRINT, HIIT, Bootcamp and POP Pilates™ instructor, and has been a Master Trainer both for POP Pilates™ and as a Group Fitness National Presenter. She has Group Exercise Certifications from ACE, AFAA and NCCPT.
Whether instructing group fitness, small group training classes, coaching national youth sports teams, developing bootcamps, HIIT classes or cultivating live and online fitness mentorship, one thing remains true: her belief that anyone can find strength and success in fitness and most importantly, in life! She strives to make every fitness experience be a combination of challenge and joy. And she’s a strong proponent of working out with others.
Michelle lives in the Seattle area, loves to move, cook, drink coffee and finds her inspiration from her family, faith and friends. Michelle looks forward to working with the next group of people to inspire each other to positive, healthy action.
