I offer private and semi-private sessions for personal strength training and yoga. These specially curated sessions, can be happen via a video call, and in-person here in Redmond.
Each session is tailored to your needs and goals and are great for those with time limitations, special conditions or as a way to move with your own specially selected partner.
I offer sessions and training for special conditions, such as those with minor injuries, post-surgical recovery or pre and post natal mothers, with doctor’s approval and for those with specific athletic performance needs in mind.
Private “1:1” and semi-private “2:1” sessions are great for those with time constraints and beginners as well. We use whatever equipment you have on hand.

$130 / 2:1 semi private sessions
Sessions range from 55 – 60 min, depending on location.
Ages 16 and up please.
