Online Yoga Classes

Beyond Yoga Fundamentals Online Class (Level 1-2), LIVE Tuesdays at 6 pm pst, (Zoom)

Join my weekly LIVE Zoom Beyond Yoga Fundamentals Classes that supports the graduates of YogaFundamentals online course, or who have practice yoga consistently for at least 6+ months.

The Beyond Yoga Fundamentals live Zoom class experience

This is a class series, taught in a 5 week cycle, is meant to help you progress beyond fundamentals of yoga. We cycle through a series of 5 foundational practices that can be taken and repeated anytime, finding progression the more you repeat the class series.

This Level 1-2 class is perfect for people who know the basics, and have an understanding of most common yoga poses. Together we build your practice, through strength, flexibility and staying present. This is both a vinyasa and hatha yoga class with attention to alignment and flow.

This class is perfect for those who want to:

– experience yoga poses according to the uniqueness of their own bodies (minus the complex and intimidating “glory poses” so often seen on social media)

– build mindfulness and cultivate self care practices along with the physical practice of yoga

I am here to help support YOUR yoga practice journey and offer modifications and feedback in this virtual group class setting.

Yoga Fundamentals Online Class (Beginners), LIVE Tuesdays at 7 pm pst, (Zoom) – **BEGINNER’S CLASS CANCELLED FOR JULY**

The Yoga Fundamentals live Zoom class experience

This is a foundational class series meant to help you learn or relearn the fundamentals of yoga. We cycle through a series of 5 foundational practices that can be taken and repeated anytime.

You can also take advantage of the Yoga Fundamentals online course bundle which includes 5 pre-recorded classes and 5 live video classes. Live classes provide direct feedback and where you can ask questions, giving you a more personalized yoga experience that is tailored to your individual needs.

This class is perfect for those who want to:

– begin yoga for the first time, but don’t know where or how to start

– return to yoga – reset and reignite an existing yoga practice by going back to the basics, so that it is meaningful and refreshing, just as it was meant to be

– experience yoga poses according to the uniqueness of their own bodies (minus the complex and intimidating “glory poses” so often seen on social media)

– build mindfulness and cultivate self care practices along with the physical practice of yoga
