About the yoga class:

October 6th is the beginning of a brand-new weekly LIVE yoga class that will happen on Thursdays 12 pm PST (holidays excluded)! As we are launching this new class, the first 3 classes are free starting October 6th! BONUS: A recording of the first class will be made available to those who register!

This weekly practice is a moderately-paced all-levels yoga class intended to release, restore, and rejuvenate. Each week, we’ll incorporate a few different modalities, such as MFR, yin, hatha vinyasa, or restorative – all designed to help you CONNECT to yourself and leave class feeling pleasantly challenged and rejuvenated.

What to bring: yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap, blanket, and 2 MFR/tennis balls if you have them.
