Mindful Movement Yoga

I’m so excited of offer this new weekly 45-min class format *live* on Zoom. 

This is a little different than a typical drop-in yoga class:

– With each new month we will have a new focus or theme (October is Care for your Core), and at the end of the month, you’ll receive recordings of the month’s classes (enrollment will include 4 classes) so you can replay and practice on your own anytime. 

– Mindful Movement is my all-levels yoga class that will include the physical asana (postures) of yoga and mindfulness practices. We will also explore recovery techniques like myofascial release, yin and restorative yoga.

About the yoga class:

October 6th is the beginning of a brand-new weekly LIVE yoga class that will happen on Thursdays 12 pm PST (holidays excluded)! This first class is free on October 6th! BONUS: A recording of the class will be made available to those who register!

This weekly practice is a moderately-paced all-levels yoga class intended to release, restore, and rejuvenate. Each week, we’ll incorporate a few different modalities, such as MFR, yin, hatha vinyasa, or restorative – all designed to help you CONNECT to yourself and leave class feeling pleasantly challenged and rejuvenated.

What to bring: yoga mat, 2 blocks, strap, blanket, and 2 MFR/tennis balls if you have them.

Receive recordings of each month’s classes as an added bonus so you can replay and practice anytime.
