Welcome to my resources page (movement nerds… unite!!!).
I have included books, articles and more. These are some of the things, people, ways of living and working that inspire me to do my own living and working. This stuff can help with:
cultivating curiosity, breaking down, analyzing, building up, creating and recreating, experimenting, failing, growing, evolving and finding joy in movement and stillness, effort and ease, learning and teaching…
….and in cultivating friendship with myself and with this beautiful world.
I hope you find some of these resources useful to answer the WHYs and HOWs (and the SAY WHATs??) and to ultimately experience all the beauty and sorrows, art and science… and doing life each day to the best of our abilities, over and over again – this experience of being human.
I’ll continue to add more, (including my own work!), from time to time. Please reach out if you want to discuss any or all of this! I’m always happy to learn and relearn and, and, as always, doing this discovery together.
In joy,
– Michelle
