My approach to group classes
I cultivate a positive group energy to build a community that thrives on being challenged, perhaps walking toward goals and wishes, while also being wise. We cultivate both non-judgmental awareness and action as we practice. Respecting and encouraging ourselves while reaching for our own ultimate potential. EVERYONE is meant to move in their own way, in their own time. We celebrate this! It’s you, me and we! All of my classes and programs include:
- a creative yet balanced approach to movement (no fads, no extremes)
- a steady and consistent classes to help support your growth
- building positive experiences targeted to your goals and needs
- becoming grounded and mindful as you learn and practice yoga
Joy and laughter encouraged!
I welcome you to join my next class or workshop, to be a part of a small, thriving community of mindfully strong, resilient people.
