Morning Yoga, Fridays, 7 am pst, *LIVE* online

This all-round balancing morning class is a perfect way to start any day. It touches every part of your body encouraging a sense of connection and peace. Perfect for all levels. This 60-minute all levels class will explore the balance between effort and ease in our practice, and ultimately, our lives. 

Mindfully Strong Class, last Friday of the month, 9:30 am pst, *LIVE* online

A powerful class of strength training and yoga to support your mind, body and overall health. Move with intention and mindfulness at home or on the road, guided by a live personal trainer and yoga teacher (me!). 

Mindfully Strong is a 55 min. active class that takes place 1x/month Zoom. The first half of class is focused on strength training and the second half is focused on yoga. Stick around for a few minutes to chat, connect and for any Q&As! 

All levels welcome. Those with injuries should seek the sign off of a medical professional before beginning this class. 

Please fill out the waiver for online classes and send it back to info@collabfitness.com before your first class.

Equipment needed: pair dumbbells, 1 resistance band, sticky yoga mat.

Classes are on the Last Friday of every month at 9:30 am.

More About Mindfully Strong Monthly LIVE Class 

A powerful class of strength training and yoga to support your mind, body and overall health. Move with intention and mindfulness at home or on the road, guided by a live personal trainer and yoga teacher (me!). 

Anyone can join this class, but it is free for ACTIVE Mindfully Strong Monthly members (beginning Jan. 2021!).

Mindfully Strong Monthly Classes take place 1x/month and is meant to support the ACTIVE members of Mindfully Strong Monthly (the all-new Strength Training & Yoga Program)! This is our time to connect as a community. 

Yoga Fundamentals Beginners 4-week Class Series
*starting Spring, 2021*

  • Learn the foundations of a yoga posture practice with Yoga Fundamentals.
  • Begin your yoga journey with this 4-week class series dedicated to bringing an immersive, educational experience that is meant to support anyone starting or returning to yoga. 
  • Post-injury students very welcome with doctor’s or physical therapist’s approve (a note is required if you’re post-injury or post-op).

About Yoga Fundamentals Beginner’s Series

Yoga Fundamentals, a 4-week beginner’s series with Michelle Spore of CollabFitness + Yoga. ONLINE | IN-PERSON

This is an immersive, educational class series for those new or returning to yoga, to help you build confidence, skill and comfort in your practice. 
You will discover strength, flexibility, mindfulness practices and yogic knowledge to move forward with your practice safely and organically.

Class Features:
Four (4) 55 min. yoga classes
Small class size (4 total students) to offer more individual attention to each student
Learn:
How to build an authentic, strong and safe yoga practice
Proper alignment and technique in yoga asanas (poses)
Mindfulness practices
What to expect:
We move at a slow pace to include detailed instruction on alignment and leave space for you to ask questions
Learn or re-learn the basics with special focus on body and breath awareness
Yoga etiquette and the basics of yoga breathing and meditation techniques
You will leave the class with confidence knowing you can grow an established personal practice
