Yoga Fundamentals, a 4-week beginner’s series with Michelle Spore of CollabFitness + Yoga
This is an immersive, educational class series for those new or returning to yoga, to help you build confidence, skill and comfort in your practice.
Featuring:
- Four (4) 50 min. yoga classes
- Small class size (4 total students) to maintain social distancing
You will learn:
- How to build an authentic, strong and safe yoga practice
- Proper alignment and technique in yoga asanas (poses)
- Detailed attention to every student
- Mindfulness practices
What to expect:
- We will move at a slower pace to include detailed instruction on alignment and leave space for you to as questions
- You will discover strength, flexibility, mindfulness practices and yogic knowledge to move forward with your practice safely and organically
- Learn or re-learn the basics with special focus on body and breath awareness
- Yoga etiquette and the basics of yoga breathing and meditation techniques
- You will leave the class with confidence knowing you can grow into an established personal practice
Cost:
$200 per student
Early bird rate of $180 ending 7 days prior to the start of any class
