Yoga Fundamentals

Yoga Fundamentals, a 4-week beginner’s series with Michelle Spore of CollabFitness + Yoga

This is an immersive, educational class series for those new or returning to yoga, to help you build confidence, skill and comfort in your practice.


  • Four (4) 50 min. yoga classes
  • Small class size (4 total students) to maintain social distancing

You will learn:

  • How to build an authentic, strong and safe yoga practice
  • Proper alignment and technique in yoga asanas (poses)
  • Detailed attention to every student
  • Mindfulness practices

What to expect:

  • We will move at a slower pace to include detailed instruction on alignment and leave space for you to as questions
  • You will discover strength, flexibility, mindfulness practices and yogic knowledge to move forward with your practice safely and organically
  • Learn or re-learn the basics with special focus on body and breath awareness
  • Yoga etiquette and the basics of yoga breathing and meditation techniques
  • You will leave the class with confidence knowing you can grow into an established personal practice


$200 per student
Early bird rate of $180 ending 7 days prior to the start of any class
